Took 3 hours before they could tell me they hadn’t started working on car and then tells me it’ll be done in 2-3 hours after the time I had already waited. Apportionment was at 730am and left at noon More

The services were okay. But the wait time for a tire rotation and oil change is usually around 2 or 3 hours when most places can have it done in 30 minutes. More
