I had to bring my 2020 Altima to the shop 3 times so far to get my one window retinted. (The tint was bubbling) The tint got done correctly the 2nd time but whoever did the work put a HUGE deep scratch in m to get my one window retinted. (The tint was bubbling) The tint got done correctly the 2nd time but whoever did the work put a HUGE deep scratch in my door panel, a couple more scratches that aren't as deep and left muddy boot marks on the back of my passenger seat and center console by the air vents. This work is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I was working with Katrina last week, who is great, and she said bring it back in any day next week and she would get me a rental car and get the door panel replaced and my car detailed, so I brought it back yesterday, 9/14, but she wasn't there...Lance the manager would Not give me the promised rental and told me he would have to call someone to see if it could be fixed and if not, he would order the part, either way it would take a week and would not give me a rental. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! TERRIBLE customer service by ur manager Lance. I showed the service rep the emails stating I would get a rental car and the door panel would be replaced...I do NOT want it fixed, I want it replaced!!! I have put over 50 miles on my car driving it there needlessly for repairs that should NEVER have been needed on a car that was bought only 5 months ago!! I REGRET buying a car at Maus Nissan and will let all my friends know to stay away from this dealership!!!! Giving you just ONE STAR is a gift because you deserve ZERO!!!!!! More
