The employees seem to only be concerned with getting things done quickly but not correctly. After attempting to reach service advisors multiple times and being told they could not reach me, I threatene things done quickly but not correctly. After attempting to reach service advisors multiple times and being told they could not reach me, I threatened to call corporate. I immediately got a phone call from a someone but wasn’t helpful. Was able to get corporate team to assist and make things happen; however, my vehicle is still not fixed correctly after a warranty repair and the sound it was making is still there even after they guaranteed it wasn’t. Tiffany was knowledgeable and wanting to help but trying to train two people at once was distracting from my questions. I asked three service people on three different calls to relay a message. I don’t believe she ever received them. More

Bought a warranty for my wifes used vehicle (2014) from Maus Nissan. Went to service to have work done that was covered under that warranty. The service dept decided that they didn't want to work on the vehicle and recommended that I take it to a manufacturers dealership instead. My perception and of course perception is reality...the only reason to waste my morning was not wanting to do the work themselves. I know this because I called the warranty company and their competitors dealership who both told me that there was no reason for Maus not to do the work. I've bought 2 vehicles from Maus Nissan in NPR and have not had this poor experience before. Unfortunately I have to give this one a 1 star rating as being poor. The service agent was nice enough but being nice is only part of the job to be done. More
