Jterry61772, we can see that you are upset, and apologize if you had a bad experience. Our service department has seen a recent increase in business, but this has, on occasion, increased wait times. We apologize if the delay caused you any inconvenience, but we are working on the issue. Appointments do help, but a full service shop is similar to a walk-in medical clinic: sometimes the doctor is still with the last patient working to find the proper diagnosis. The car wash, on the other hand, should have absolutely been completed, unless you asked not to wait any longer.
