I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 am on Saturday, 2/15. It was 7:55 Am and I already began receiving sales calls to purchase my Infiniti Q60 from me. After initially saying no, the salesman pushed back and It was 7:55 Am and I already began receiving sales calls to purchase my Infiniti Q60 from me. After initially saying no, the salesman pushed back and continued asking to schedule a meeting. He said he would come and speak to me in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. Little did I know I wouldn’t be in this waiting room until about 8:40 Am due to the overwhelming wait for the service members to get to my car. While waiting, I received the second call:attempt to purchase my vehicle from me. I declined, again stating my car is paid off and there is no chance of me trading in my car for anything on your lot. It was around 9:15 AM where I received my THIRD sales attempt this time from Dimitri who called me from his cell phone number so it wouldn’t come up as the local dealership number. I stated AGAIN I asked to be taken off and I was not selling my vehicle to you. The fourth attempt was a group sales tactic where a dealer walked into the waiting room stating he had $1000 to give away. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is due to Brittany in your service write-ups department. I will not be back as I am moving back to Tampa. Was only in town this month, and gladly will be back to the Infiniti dealership. More

Was there almost 4hrs for an oil change and was told car was getting washed looked like it was just hosed. I’m coughing it up to just being busy but frustrating none the least. Tiffany was a good service tech. Only concern was that I had a door trim issue, was this under warranty. I had purchased the trim piece, therefore it was not put under warranty. The lady that helped me get sorted with the oil change was very kind, and knowledgeable. However being there for almost 2 hrs because the line was incredible long as well as letting not one but two cars c was very kind, and knowledgeable.
