Tampafox, first and foremost, we DO NOT sell your information to third party warranty companies. Any time a vehicle is purchased and registered with various state agencies, certain information becomes public record, and then many municipalities may sell your information, as well. We all get those 'extended warranty' calls, and they can be very annoying, but it is not from us. Regarding your paint: Nissan's touch-up paint sticks are VIN-specific, so I'm confused as to how it could be the wrong color? Please contact me, and I will help you resolve this issue, as well as correct any typos in our records; the sales and service systems are kept separate so I'd have to update them separately. It took 2hrs and 45 mins for an oil change and car wash, way too long and you waiting area is not very comfortable, only one tv? Really with only 3 seats, come on! Not happy! More
