Dealership is fine. First time I have had my truck serviced there. Very long wait time for an oil and tire rotation service. I had an appointment at 11. I brought my 2017 Nissan Titan in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The rear door trim On both doors were loose and they were order and waiting for me to bring vehicle back to be installed. Great customer care. I had a front brake job done, but they advised me that I could wait a while for a rear brake job. They could have told me that I also needed the rears done, but said that I could saf they advised me that I could wait a while for a rear brake job. Everybody at Maus is always friendly, and trying to help you. Colby and Patrick made the time go by fast with their kindness and wit. I’m sure I have left out names of others, too, that were so helpful. I especially like it that MAUS employees act like their commercials advertise on TV❗️It feels like a family!
