Terrible Customer Service-as soon as the ink dries! If I could give zero stars, I would. A year after I've purchased, I'm STILL waiting for all the services they MAKE you purchase in "Maus Care" and have tried several times to arrange it with "Alanna" as that is who sales insists must do it. I've left several detailed messages and have never received any calls back. I don't even want to bother with many details here as all that will happen is the "Owner Loyalty Manager" (Paul DaRocha) will do nothing but apologize and leave his cell number for you to call him, yet not actually follow-up on anything. (I talked live with him on the phone and explained the whole problem - he literally said he wanted me to have his cell number "in case he forgets" to call me back). Seriously?? He obviously needs some basic customer service training to carry any "manager" title, let alone one where he is responsible for responding to customers who are already dissatisfied. I've been in touch with Nissan USA as the customer service in the sales department here is a complete joke - we'll see if they can hold this pathetic dealership responsible for carrying the NIssan name. I expect so much more after spending tens of thousands on a brand new vehicle. More

My car was there for 2 days. When I picked it up, I drove 1 mile down the road to find that the issue had not been repaired. Warranty company was billed $2000 and I paid $250 deductible.
