I had a very pleasant experience with this place. From the time I made my appointment they got me in right away. I asked if I got a free car wash some I had to drive over 20 miles for my service and they the time I made my appointment they got me in right away. Appointment times I scheduled my oil change for 1:45 on a Friday afternoon. I left work early to make the appointment, arriving at 1:43pm. There are only two service bays, which does not compliment the volume of services utilized, and when I pulled up one lane had 6 cars backed up and the other lane had 7 bays. As I waited in this line, I was greeted by one of the staff members with the iPad. She was very helpful and friendly. I asked her to be honest with me about the amount of time I would be waiting for my service, which is only about an hour. She said that honestly I would be there over 2 hours. I said I would reschedule because I am not sitting there for 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. It was frustrating because I made arrangements to leave work and that wait time on a Friday was not appealing! I was then trying to figure out my next weeks work schedule trying to figure out when I was going to reschedule this appointment, my schedule was busy so I did not reschedule immediately., That evening I called the service department and they said they could get us in the next morning at 0900, which my husband was able to make that appointment for me. He arrived at 0745 trying to get in early and the car line was again “backed up to US19!” However, Lance was super accommodating and understanding to what had happened on Friday and actually very quickly was able to get my husband fit in much sooner. This is not an issue with Lance, this is an issue with the Service department and throughput. I have always found Lance and the other team members I’ve dealt with to be kind and attentive. One last item I would like to mention, since purchasing my Murano, the amount of phone calls to check on the car over and over and over is beyond annoying to me. The amount of calls around any service and reminder is annoying. Calls, emails, texts, more calls! It’s too much for me. More
Service was excellent....I was kept informed as to what was happening by Lance. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Car was returned to me in nice, cleaned condition. I was told certain maintenance was required when it wasn’t by their manager Drew. Forced to spend hundreds of dollars. When I picked up my car I spoke with Drew their manager that printed out my manual and stated that the services are REQUIRED and I had no choice but to do them which is not true. I own my car. Refused to give me my car unless I paid the hundreds of dollars for the services I asked them not to do. More

We had an oil change scheduled and Unbeknowanced to me got our tires rotated too AND then we got a Toyota chit to get a 2nd key which we needed urgently. GREAT service and nice people.
