I have to say that the service was outstanding. My service tech, Lance went out of his way to make sure everything was fine, and explained what they were going to do. Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle in to be serviced, they tried to charge me $10,000 for parts and labor but we're going to do a recall part free of charge in the fuel tank for the Titan. Into the work they tried to charge me $10,000 for parts and labor but we're going to do a recall part free of charge in the fuel tank for the Titan. Into the work for the recall part,two bolts broke and I was called and said if they went any further with it and broke anything else other than the two parts that I would be responsible for paying for it while it was in their care.I told them not to worry about the recall part and just put two bolts back on it so I can come pick my truck up. Longer story short I spent $300 at AutoZone and took 2 hours out of my day and fixed everything they claim to be wrong with my truck. In my opinion maus Nissan is the worst service department I've ever went to for help. More
