Very fast , efficient and professional. I was met by my service advisor right away and he was very polite and friendly. The technician was also very friendly and professional. Ryan was great and I highly recommend him. Car Service was super disappointing. I made an appointment for 8:15 am. All I needed was a tire rotation and oil change. Nothing out of the ordinary. Car Service was super disappointing. I made an appointment for 8:15 am. All I needed was a tire rotation and oil change. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was offered a car wash as well. Issue #1- I didn’t receive notice that my car was ready until almost 2:00 pm. Issue #2- my car somehow was actually dirtier than when I brought it in. Issue #3- my wiper fluid was not filled (I had it upon arriving) so I couldn’t clean my now dirty windshield. I actually had to put a half gallon of fluid in when I arrived home. Could I have gone back in to address this? Yes. But upon waiting HOURS to get my car back and having prior engagements to get to, this wasn’t an option. I live within 10-15 mins from this facility. Do I contemplate driving over 40 mins to go to the Tampa location in hopes to receive better service? Yes. The world revolves around customer service. I don’t feel the need to put a google review at this time, but I do expect you to do better. More
