The sales people are extremely friendly and the dealership is clean and on time for most appointments for service. Wish they had more autos to lend out though when you are having lengthy service wo dealership is clean and on time for most appointments for service. I sat at the dealership for three hours and not one time. Did I get any communication from anyone regarding Wyatt was taking so long for me to get a simple oil change and the recall my keys. After an hour and a half I had to approach the front desk and ask what was taking so long only to be told that my recall took 45 minutes to an hour. . This is unacceptable because I feel that somebody should have said something to me that day because I would have rescheduled my oil change had i known it was going to take that long. I also did not appreciate when I initially pulled up and was met with such overwhelming things about my car from the service desk guy. Nothing against his knowledge of cars, but again, I was there for an oil change and to do a recall on my keys. I feel it was not his job to start overwhelming me with so many things that had to be done to my car. I just feel a little more communication would’ve gone a long way. I drive 40 minutes to take my car to you guys and now I will no longer be doing that. I will find another place closer. More
