We care about deeply about the service we provide our guests, and that is why we were so disappointed to read about your recent experience. We sincerely apologize for all of your frustrations around this visit. A mistake was made after maintenance was completed - the advisor forgot to send the vehicle out to be fully detailed, as was originally requested. We understand that this mistake is exceptionally inconvenient for you, as you live nearly 2 hours away from our store. We are reviewing what transpired with our cashier, but please know that no one should ever have been rude, and we strive to treat all of our guests like family. This matter will be addressed, internally. We were happy to refund your your money on the spot, and though you declined our later offer - it still stands that we will detail your car at no cost, and to drop it off to you, for the inconvenience.
