Ruth, we can see you are upset, and apologize for any frustrations. Simply put, someone here forgot to send your car to the wash- it shouldn't have happened, but it was only human error. We'd be happy to get your vehicle cleaned up for you - just let us know you're on your way- and we'll get it refreshed, in no time! Unfortunately, because bank fees have gone up, there currently is a surcharge for using credit cards, but there is no fee on using a debit card, or cash.
