Don’t buy from this dealer ship . they have 2 locations .this place is overpriced.$209 per hour .they lie with a smile.I bought from them and was lied from the beginning. I went to my car work on from insurance claim .I was charged $189 when I looked at my statement ther was a $230 just for going there to said I need 2 seats .I paid the $7123 for two seats then I find out they used old parts but that and lied to me .saying the Nissan North America told them to use my old part on something the I paid $2467.00 just for the bottom seat . It’s being investigated by Nissan nort America . I will not ever buy from these people again .going to check Land Rover dealer. Maus Nissan in Newport Richie. . I definitely had a much better experience this time! I came in to have my first maintenance service on the Grand Cherokee on January 5th. It took longer than I’d hoped, but they were extremely busy when I came in to have my first maintenance service on the Grand Cherokee on January 5th. It took longer than I’d hoped, but they were extremely busy when I arrived, so I wasn’t surprised. John greeted me warmly as usual and took good care of my vehicle. It was washed/vacuumed decently and has been running great since, not that I was having any issues. I even had a chance to chat with Lance for a couple minutes. Special thanks to Paul for taking ownership of the previous snafu, as well as Ralph for authorizing a gas fill to make up for it. Way to bounce back, Guys!! More
Well, this was certainly unexpected and I hate to have to do this, but I feel compelled after what happened. Last week, I received a recall notice from Maus concerning my recently financed Grand Cherokee L. do this, but I feel compelled after what happened. Last week, I received a recall notice from Maus concerning my recently financed Grand Cherokee L. The rear coil springs may have been incorrectly installed and the email advised me to schedule a service appointment, which I did with John Thorne via a service rep last Saturday. Fast forward to today and I arrived on time for my appointment, only to learn that he’s currently on vacation (no worries there, he deserves time off like everyone else) and I actually have to go to a Dodge/Jeep dealership to get this potential issue taken care of. It would’ve really been nice if someone could’ve let me know in advance via call, text, or email before I spent time and gas to come there after working overnight. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 5.5 years now (5th vehicle), so I expect and deserve better than this. More
I can’t begin to describe how much I LOVE my new (to me, anyway) Grand Cherokee!! I came to have my Pathfinder serviced last Saturday (9/30) and decided to test drive it while I was waiting. I instantly fell in love with it at first site and just had to have it after the drive. Chris Hudson and his trainee, James, were excellent! They showed me all around the vehicle, describing many of the features in detail, and kept asking questions to make sure they understood what I was looking for. I’ll admit I was very upset to learn that Liz was let go. I was quite fond of her, but Chris is even better! Darmin was also excellent, working to get me a great deal, Cheri set up an appointment to get me a second key fob, and Jaryd helped me quickly plow through all the paperwork. Linda, as always, was warm and friendly, chatting with me while I waited for the Grand Cherokee to be brought up, and even Lance and Nooney stopped to say hi. I’m sure Aldo would’ve done the same had he been there. They ended up having to replace the battery for me but gave me a rental for the weekend. John did a great job getting the Pathfinder ready in case I decided to keep it. He even threw in a free fuel treatment. I always feel like a VIP rock star there! With such excellent people, Maus is the only dealership that will ever get my business! Keep up the great work!! More

Maus just keeps providing great service! I had my car serviced in November last year and yesterday. Mary helped me schedule the November one and Tiffany took care of me when I arrived. I was actually able to schedule yesterday’s service online for the first time in at least 2 years. Once again, Tiffany took care of me, getting my car serviced, washed, and vacuumed exactly when she said. I had called other dealers closer to me but was not all satisfied with the quality of the call or their willingn service advice over the phone today! Worst service ever all the way down from management to detail department. After they scratched my car and put new seat in I go to pick up my car and overspray over the whole car and damaged interior panel detail department. I came in for maintenance service but, once again, Liz Berumen did a fantastic job selling me a beautiful new obsidian green 2022 Pathfinder Platinum! She helped me test multiple SUV brands and I liked most of them, but the Pathfinder won out in the end. She got me a great deal, gave me everything I asked for (and then some), and even topped off my gas for me. JD also did an excellent job transferring my Platinum maintenance package from my 2021 Murano, even throwing in a free ceramic coating for me. I'll very much miss Katrina as my service agent but wish her all the best at the new dealership in Spring Hill/Brooksville! As long as I live in Trinity and Liz, Aldo, and JD are still there, Maus Nissan is the only dealership that will ever get my business! Kudos also to Demetri and Jovannie for keeping me updated on upcoming deals! More
