Not my first purchase from Maus. So far found chip in windshield, piece missing from windshield wiper, no second key has been located yet and an out of date XM radio that appears can't be updated. More

Can I ask if just saying you will contact the salesman and his manager, Maus's way of solving an issue? No contact from either and still no resolution to my problems.
