I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus I ordered an update sim card for my 2017 murano. Maus installed the update. I went on vacation the next day to the mountains of North Georgia. When we arrived, the updated GPS DIDN'T recognize the address of our cabin so we had to rely on another family member to guide us to the cabin. We had five family cars at our cabin and my 2017 Murano with an updated GPS was the only vehicle that couldn't locate the address. I paid $138.00 for the updated card and another $72.50 for the installation. I'm not happy about this. More

Extremely unsatisfied! I had a flat tire on 7/21/21 . I called Maus asking if I had coverage for my tire . I was informed YES no deductible! I scheduled an appointment to have my tire replaced for 9:15 am called Maus asking if I had coverage for my tire . I was informed YES no deductible! I scheduled an appointment to have my tire replaced for 9:15 am . Not only was I informed that I was NOT covered and it cost me $193.00 but it also took 3 1/2 hrs for a tire to be changed !!’ Really ! NOT a happy camper and I will bring my vehicle somewhere else for repairs as they / you are extremely overpriced! Maus Care does really NOT include much !! Very disappointed but this has NOT been my first unsatisfactory experience there !! More

Main reason would be for the random service upsells they always vary from visit to visit. They do t even match the website or service manual. Dented scratch left on my hood. Feel like every time I come there is some kind of damage to my vehicle after. Last time divots on my door panel from a tool likely to pry off a panel. Always have to clear out the floor paper floor matts, plastic seat cover and tag from the cab before I leave. More
