Took three hours for an oil change. Then when I asked for an update, Mary apologized and said it was bc it seems when it rains people run in for an oil change. I am mostly pleased with the service, however they were unable to convince the sales dept to cover the cost of removing locking lug nuts for which there was no key provided when I purchased the vehicle. This was the first time I brought this vehicle in and I had to pay for labor that I didn't feel should be my responsibility. Hope they do better in future. More
