Took three hours for an oil change. Then when I asked for an update, Mary apologized and said it was bc it seems when it rains people run in for an oil change. Which makes me believe that walk ins were done More

We would like to have a Service Manager reach out to you; however, we would need more contact information in order to call. To your point, the oil change itself does not take 2 hours, but includes check-in until when a tech actually is able to start working on your vehicle, completely draining the old oil , and putting in the new oil, tire rotations as needed, as well as the multi-point inspection of your vehicle. If you purchased your vehicle from Maus, or bought MausCare, your vehicle has Lifetime oil changes, tire rotations, and much much more.
