Brought my truck in for a recall. Notified the service advisor my truck was custom with aftermarket mods. Next day They told me truck is ready to go with no further issues, but when I picked it up it had advisor my truck was custom with aftermarket mods. Next day They told me truck is ready to go with no further issues, but when I picked it up it had check engine light, other faults and was stuck in limp mode. They said they would figure it out for me but 3 weeks later truck was still there. They later suggested I take it to a shop in pinellas park where they would be able to fix the truck. I had it towed there and they couldn’t fix it...... Now it’s been a month and I am stuck without my truck and everybody I talk to at this dealership still refuse to do anything about it or take any liability for messing up the truck. I was told they sold me a car unsafe . They stripped a lug and nut . Replace it then I was no longer able to change my own tire . Different nut size then the wrench that came with Vehicle.. So pretty much one dealer location said I need brakes the other said no need . So not Listening to any they say at this point . They say they stripped the lug but did not change size of nuts . Makes no sense to me like I had nothing better to do then have them give me new lugs and spend a day at the dealer . That’s what everyone wants to do right Not .... Make an appointment to get oil change and tire rotation takes 4 hours or more why . What’s the appointment for then . Can go to any oil change place be in an out in under 30 minutes . More
