Mays Nissan’s has friendly associates in every area of your dealership located on US 19 and SR 54. When I first purchased my 2017 Sentra I did have to pay for a for a bolt to be tighten in my left front t your dealership located on US 19 and SR 54. Just recently had my car in for the Maus care oil change and came home to find writing on my engine cover of the quantity of oil the car takes. Long waits with poor communication of how long a service will take. Was told it would take 1.5 hours for oil change and to check brakes. 2.5 hours later they finally tell me there is something wrong with th will take. I ask how long this will take to fix the brakes. Was told another 2 hours. Almost 3 hours later I finally get a call to come pick up my car and drive thru rush hour traffic. My service person wasn’t even there to go over what they fixed or found was wrong with the brakes. The people leftover just wanted to rush me out the door. Oh and no sticker on my car for reminder of my next oil change. Speaking with family friends who are Nissan mechanics I was told this should have been done in 2-3 hours. This was a 6 hour job when all was said and done. Worst part is this was an appointment. More
