My husband and I traded in our 3 vehicles for a new 2019 My husband and I traded in our 3 vehicles for a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500. Upon purchase, we told our salesman, Frank th My husband and I traded in our 3 vehicles for a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500. Upon purchase, we told our salesman, Frank that we had to have an 8 seater van/suv since we currently had 5 children and were expecting another. He “made some calls” and came back to tell us that they work with a company out of KC and that could be arranged by exchanging the middle captains chairs for a bench seat the following week or two, he would get us an appt with them. We have had our baby and need that 8th seat and they keep saying they told us that we would have to arrange and pay for that. We made it very clear at the time of purchase that we did not want the vehicle if it could not be done. Again, we were reassured that it could. Secondly, our paperwork for both vehicles was under “Madalyn and Brandon,” not Benjamin. So we had to drive 2 hours north again to resign papers to get it straightened out. They finally sent the papers for the van and again, they say “Madalyn and Brandon.” I had called several times to get it figured out and finally, 6 or more months later, they got it. Our temp tags were up 5/31/20 so we we’re running on expired temp tags for months, then had to wait for the lien to be fixed, which took another 2-3 months. Lastly, it has been “resolved” but it’s just another kink... the truck we bought was a brand new trade-in and hadn’t been fixed up. They did come and get it and give us a loaner after saying it would be two or three days to fix a couple of dents, one in the bumper and one in the driver side bed. After about two weeks, and multiple calls asking when it would be done, they finally told us it was taking so long because it was getting a whole brand new bed. When we got it back three weeks after the initial taking it, it was not a brand new bed, just a new side panel of a bed. Again this part is not a big deal with everything else going on because it’s done and over. We are just very uncomfortable with our service and feel as if we were lied to just to seal the deal on the sale. We ended up buying a jump seat for $700 and still have to have it installed. I will never do business here again! More
READ THIS NOW. I BOUGHT A NEW DODGE RAM FROM MAX MOTORS IN BELTON WHEN I WAS GETTING READY TO PULL OFF THE LOT THE SALES GUY NOTICED A SMALL DENT BY THE DRIVER SIDE HANDLE. AFTER LOOKING OVER THE WHOLE IN BELTON WHEN I WAS GETTING READY TO PULL OFF THE LOT THE SALES GUY NOTICED A SMALL DENT BY THE DRIVER SIDE HANDLE. AFTER LOOKING OVER THE WHOLE TRUCK WE FOUND TWO BIG DENTS, ONE ON EACH OF THE PASSENGER SIDE DOORS. SCRATCHES ON THE BACK QUARTER PANEL. A CHIP ON THE FRONT CHROME GRILL AND A PAINT RUN FROM THE FACTORY PAINT JOB. I COULD WRITE A BOOK ON THIS. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY SOLD ME A NEW TRUCK STATING THST IT HAD 32 MILES ON IT. IT ACTUALLY HAD ALMOST 5000 MILES ON IT. FINANCED 38050, GOT TO DMV AND IT SAID I FINANCED 40050. THE GAVE ME A 1000 DISCOUNT AND I PUT 1000 CASH DOWN. WHERE'S MY MONEY AND DISCOUNT? THIS IS STILL ON GOING. More

So I have a 2018 F150 fully loaded with 18,000 miles on it,looked at a 2019 3500 ram price was 57,041 made a appointment to look at it. Super surprised to see front end damage on the car I was planning on buying today-obviously hidden on images sent to me intentionally. Wasted almost 2 hours on the drive to and from for a car worth about 1/2 of its listing price with the damage. Worse, this is now a dealer I would not trust nor refer to ANYONE. I am ashamed for them being so shady & scammy. More
Poor customer service. No one on the lot tried to make us feel welcome. The only guy on the lot that would talk to us didn't know anything about the inventory.
