Long oil change An oil change that normally takes 1 hour, took almost 2 hours on this last visit. Most of the time I have had no issue with a standard oil change. Double check your work Took my wife new truck for its first service and tire rotation. Got it back and noticed oil on the floor of the garage. More like drain plug gasket, or drain plug not tightened all the way. I would think this service center would do seconds on all mechanical work. Besides the issues of a tech not properly finishing the work the service was good. More
