Lifetime oil change Service this time was very poor. Had an appointment at 2 pm no follow up call so I called at 5 and was told truck would be done by the time I got ther Service this time was very poor. Had an appointment at 2 pm no follow up call so I called at 5 and was told truck would be done by the time I got there. Got there at 5:30 and truck was not ready. Sat there for 15 minutes and they were rushing to get it done finally got out at 5:45. Experienced the same problem the next day with our other truck. Even after complaining. No call again. We used to love going here and now the service seems to be going downhill. More
