Slow repair I was forced to take my C-Max to this dealer by Ford Assust when it died on the highway. I sat in waiting room for over 4 hours before they came and I was forced to take my C-Max to this dealer by Ford Assust when it died on the highway. I sat in waiting room for over 4 hours before they came and told me they couldn’t take care of it that day. They offered no loan vehicle. I had to call my local dealer for a loaner. It took them two plus weeks to get it running. Now the orange light remains lit on drivers side mirror. Only goes off occasionally and then right back on. More electronic problems. I was fortunate that my dealer could go get the car when they finally got it running. Very slow. They could only offer that it was a buy back. Guess that means it can’t be fixed. Not sure. More
