Great Sales Personnel and Kind Service I recently purchased my first new (to me) vehicle from Max Motors of Harrisonville. Nick was very helpful in helping us come to an agreement on the prices and terms in which I would purchase a truck. My only complaint is that the detail service on the vehicle was less than desired but then again I purchased a used truck with several thousand miles on it. I would definitely do business with this dealership again in the future and recommend it, but I give them 4 stars for the poor quality detail job on a vehicle I paid over 40k for. Hopefully this review will help change that issue in the future More

My experience was great. I took my car in for some minor body work and they did an excellent job. excellent service I have had my car serviced there from the day I purchased the vehicle. The service department is outstanding. They listen if you have any concerns and I have had my car serviced there from the day I purchased the vehicle. The service department is outstanding. They listen if you have any concerns and upon completion, explain what they have done and any concerns they may have, as in my case, brake pads will need to be replaced next year. This is the most courteous place I have been too. I would recommend buying a car there or having it serviced there. More

Overall Good Good service, nice place. The only thing I didn't like was that I was told 45-60min to do the service, I went and asked how we were looking at 70 min Good service, nice place. Not real bad but when your looking at and extra 30-45 min I think and update would be appropriate. More
