I wrote a longer review on Google maps but suffice to say, these guys were great in my hour of need the day after Christmas. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly. It seems that it gets worse every time we take our car in for an oil change! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change seems a bit excessive! I don’t expect Jiffy Lube speed, but I had things to do and didn for an oil change! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change seems a bit excessive! I don’t expect Jiffy Lube speed, but I had things to do and didn’t plan for 3 hours! The worst part of that 3 hours was that the TV they have on in the waiting room is nothing but overly opinionated political news, after 3 hours of that, I had a horrible headache! Then, like in times past (see other reviews) they didn’t reset my Oil Change gage… Luckily I figured out how to do it myself, so not a big deal anymore. I just don’t feel like the service level is as high as it used to be a few years ago. People are friendly, but that’s all I’ve got for a positive note. More
I had a persistent problem with the "foot" activation of the hatch door. It definitely isn't as simple as the TV commercials show...The service rep, service writer, both of whom could not get it to work eit the hatch door. It definitely isn't as simple as the TV commercials show...The service rep, service writer, both of whom could not get it to work either, were both very understanding and brought me in with the technician to explain and show me how the technology works. The technician could not have been any more patient and pleasant, same for the rep and writer. I can now get it to function properly. I really appreciated there efforts and attitude in getting it right. More
