Our car was taken for a recall and not returned in time for my husband to leave for work. When I made the appointment I communicated that to the gentleman but that was not notated on our account. We gave the okay for them to keep the car to actually get the recall done the next morning as long as it was back by 3 pm. I had to call at 2:30 to remind them. Ridiculous the lack of communication.
