Thie service performed was great. The only thing that could have been better was the communication from the service technician Damon. It took longer than it should have to get information about what was could have been better was the communication from the service technician Damon. It took longer than it should have to get information about what was being done. At one point, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and had you hang up. I know he’s busy but a quick phone call could have alleviated a lot of concern. Just a recommendation. Overall, he did fine contacting the warranty company and getting things taken care of. I just would have liked to have been kept informed about what was being done. More
