Your service staff was all over the place. At first they couldn’t find my car it the fix order. They had my car since Thursday, said I would have it back Friday, no one called or texted updates. My husband couldn’t find my car it the fix order. They had my car since Thursday, said I would have it back Friday, no one called or texted updates. My husband had to call several times for the update. They said on Monday it would be finished at2:00. My daughter took me there. The service desk kept asking who my contact was, I kept telling them no one reached out to me. They sent me to the service person that already had like 3 customers on his tail. A young man asked if he could help, he tried but was new and not fully trained on your system. So again we go back inside and again get directed to the gentleman who had his hands full. I was in tears by then. Thankfully my daughter does not get upset like I do and was able to calm me down. They finally found the ticket. Thankfully I had the foresight to remove all my crafts on the off chance my car would not be done Friday as advised, or I would have missed out on $200.00 in sales Saturday. Again, no one reached out to me. More
