Great Experience! I have a 2012 For Focus, it constantly has transmission/ clutch issues. Dealing with this is frustrating and makes me regret buying this car. So far I I have a 2012 For Focus, it constantly has transmission/ clutch issues. Dealing with this is frustrating and makes me regret buying this car. So far I have been able to get my car fixed under warranty but it is still frustrating and time consuming. Recently I had a TCM problem and had to take my car to ford, the employee who took care of me was Jenn. Jenn was so amazing, she was very positive and helpful. She made my experience with Ford easy and not stressful at all. She really changed my attitude towards Ford with her great attitude and customer service. I hope that when I am in next time (and I’m sure I will be) she will be the one taking care of me. Thank you Jenn! More

My experience was great. I took my car in for some minor body work and they did an excellent job. They even cleaned the inside of the car and had it looking way better than i I took my car in for some minor body work and they did an excellent job. excellent service I have had my car serviced there from the day I purchased the vehicle. The service department is outstanding. They listen if you have any concerns and I have had my car serviced there from the day I purchased the vehicle. The service department is outstanding. They listen if you have any concerns and upon completion, explain what they have done and any concerns they may have, as in my case, brake pads will need to be replaced next year. This is the most courteous place I have been too. I would recommend buying a car there or having it serviced there. More

Overall Good Good service, nice place. The only thing I didn't like was that I was told 45-60min to do the service, I went and asked how we were looking at 70 min Good service, nice place. The only thing I didn't like was that I was told 45-60min to do the service, I went and asked how we were looking at 70 min because I had another appointment to get to, ended up waiting a little over 90 min. Not real bad but when your looking at and extra 30-45 min I think and update would be appropriate. More

Truly Outstanding Experience Clint was very easy going and gets the job done. Even though I am a Chevy truck owner. He rolled out the red carpet.
