I will try to make this quick, I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Maxie Price Chevrolet, When the deal was completed it was almost 8pm and dark because I had to go after work. I received the truck and found the next morning that there was some damage. They had put signs on it and cut the paper with a razor and damaged the paint. They also carried something in the back and damage the front of the bed. When I brought it back the GM told a sales person to take me across the street to Rose bud collision to get an estimate, they made me wait in the truck while the sales rep went inside with the writer and they came back out with an estimate of $800, So pretty much both sides of the truck had to be painted and retrimmed for 800, every other estimate was almost $3000 but he told me that's all they were going to pay and that he wasn't repairing the bed. So I have not been back for service. I bought the truck with a lift and wheels and tires that the dealer had done to sell. I have had an issue with the balance of my tires since I got it. I has 4 different invoices where I have tried to get the shake out of the vehicle over 65 miles an hr, So I decided to take to Maxie Price to have them warranty it. They did 2 recalls on the truck and then told me that the lift and tires are not covered under Chevy and that they were not going to warranty it because I didn't have the service done there. More
