On 09/06 after shopping for almost 2 weeks for a pick up truck in every dealership I end up in Maxie price looking for a pre-owned Silverado 6v pick up Truck. Mr Christian Martinez which it was our sales re truck in every dealership I end up in Maxie price looking for a pre-owned Silverado 6v pick up Truck. Mr Christian Martinez which it was our sales representative showed us a Silverado V6 2020 worked truck which it was supposedly on sale for $28,806 not including the taxes instead of $38,399.76 original price.the low sale price included $5000 rebate plus $1000 if I had a trade in but I didn't therefore they should just add the $1000 since I didn't have any trade in. The sales manager also advise me that if I finance with them I will get another $1000 deduction. My credit score was 820 the finance person which I dont recall his name but he is the only one there lie to me and said my loan rate was 4.9%which I immediately disagree and turned down the offer then he offer me that if I buy a package for almost $1000 he could get me the rate as low as $2.09% and I still refused. when I was walking out of the dealership again the sales manager asked me to get the car that I could always refinance and talked to the finance guy to lower my rate to 4.09%which still very high for my excellent credit score. It was so late they were closing and we were the last ones in the office and had the truck ready for me to take home. The finance guy didn't even let me read the documents because they were already closing and I made the huge mistake and signed. Next day I read all the documents and I realized they sold me the car for the original price and only deducted $38,399.76 and only deducted $5000 rebate and also force me to pay for a Maxie Shield which they said they put in the interior and exterior of the cars and there is no proof of it..I believe its a fraud..I also found out my actual rate was 2.09% instead of 4.09%which the interest rate was jack up 2% by this rude and unprofesional finance person and believe the sales manager knew...at the beginning I was very happy with the experience I had but I after I find out the real fact how I got rip off I do Not recommend this dealer AT ALl!!! More
