Then I saw Thaddeus McDowell, he asked me how I was doing and then the conversation took off. Told him I was there having my car serviced and I had been interested in the Equinox. He took me out the door to an Equinox to test drive. Needless to say I ended up trading in my car that very day and got the Equinox. Thaddeus was so helpful and made the experience of this purchase was possibly the easiest that I have ever made.
