Poor Customer Service We received phone call from a salesman at Maxie Price about a possible trade. Since we were actually considering purchasing a new car we said we woul We received phone call from a salesman at Maxie Price about a possible trade. Since we were actually considering purchasing a new car we said we would come in. The salesman said "we'll be there till 8:00". We arrived around 6:30 and salesman who had called had already gone home. Victoria greeted us and said she would be happy to help. Less than a minute later, she comes back with another salesman and said he would have to help us because her parents were coming in. Rodney was nice, but really didn't know much. We told him what we wanted in a vehicle and after he looked in the computer, pulled an Equinox around for us to look at. It was a base model and not even what we said we wanted! We were very disappointed in Maxie Price Chevrolet and ended up purchasing a Subaru Forrester and could not be happier. Customer Service made the difference in our decision! More
