You get what you are promised without extra warm and fuzzies or pressure which made me comfortable. This is my first encounter with this dealership but I would recommend them and use them again. Terrible place to buy a car. They lie to your face and then simply ignore you. I was sold a truck with a blown head gasket, (they didn't tell me) for 43,000. I couldn't use the warranty they sold me, and when I got rid of the truck, THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME THE MONEY FOR THE WARRANTY. I TOOK A $10,000 DOLLAR LOSS DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
