This dealership is organized, fast, and efficient. They listen to my needs and don’t overly suggest things that won’t benefit me. 10 out of 10 would absolutely visit again and I look forward to working with the service department again. More
I really was impressed with this dealership’s willingness to work on an amicable and fair deal both on trade in and purchase. There wasn’t much of a need to haggle! The dealer is nice, but what really made it was the associate, Kyle. He was eager to help, gave me information when I needed it and was proactive about helping with the things I needed. Took my truck in for a recall on the transmission and 140 000 mile service on the transmission, transfer case, and differential dropped it off on a Thursday morning was due to be completed by that afternoon o 000 mile service on the transmission, transfer case, and differential dropped it off on a Thursday morning was due to be completed by that afternoon or the next morning. After their initial inspection and diagnostic every thing passed with no codes showing. Their visual inspection stated that it needed a new water pump. I ok'ed that to be done. Then I got a call about oil leaks from the transfer case. And timing chain cover. I reluctantly ok'ed that work to be done. After going over their video I noticed that there was no leak from transfer case I stopped that work from being done saved me $1,100 dollars. After that I began to think that there had never been any oil leaking on my driveway so I really don't believe that the timing chain cover was leaking. So after then I get a call that the electric fans that cool the engine needed to be replaced it was a. 4 day wait for them to get that fixed the 3rd fan they put on finally worked. We are now on day 5. I get a call that the radiator reservoir is also leaking once again I never had any leaked before taking the truck to Maxwell. So the Ford recall wound up costing me $7150.00. Break down 3500 for timing chain cover 750.00 for water pump 325.00 for the reservoir 175.00 to pressure the test the cooling system plus another 900.00 for the routine service. 7 days later I get my truck. Asked them if they had a loner car for the last 2 days. They rented me a car from Hertz which cost me another $80.00. worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. In my 66 years of life. Would never recommend Maxwell Ford to anyone More
