Overall a good place to buy a car I stopped by to look at a Jeep they had listed online. I met with Mark and he got me the keys and I went for a short test drive. When I got back he ga I stopped by to look at a Jeep they had listed online. I met with Mark and he got me the keys and I went for a short test drive. When I got back he gave me a trade-in value that I was happy with. He told me to take the Jeep home and show the wife so I took him up on the offer and showed the wife. She loved it so I went back to make the deal. When I go back to the lot Mark advised that he quoted me too much on my trade and he came down a $1000. I was ready to leave at that point because what I was trading was worth more and what he was selling wasn't that special. At that point, he came back up another $500. This was better but I still felt cheated. After we made the purchase I did some normal maintenance on the engine and found the water pump had failed. I called Mark and advised on what I had found because during the purchase he told me that they do offer a 30day 1500mile engine and drivetrain coverage. Unfortunately, that coverage did not cover the water pump. I asked Mark if there was anything they could do and he advised that he would be happy to recommend a shop. At this point, I felt cheated and told him not to bother. Mark called back a few minutes later and advised that he talked to their shop and they were willing to discount the cost for me to have the water pump replaced. I told Mark that if I'm paying the bill I'd do the work. At this point, I assumed I was just out of luck and moved on. The next day I received another call and Mark said that his manager wanted to make it right and they offered to repair the water pump at their expense. I took the offer. The only issue keeping them from 5 stars is the fact that my trade value dropped and it shouldn't have. I would recommend this location and if you do have any concerns don't hesitate to reach out to Mike as he truly wants to earn your business. More
