Rude and unprofessional On 3/2018 I was rear ended and started truck shopping. The afternoon of 3/21/18 I went to this dealership and test drove a truck, after doing an onlin On 3/2018 I was rear ended and started truck shopping. The afternoon of 3/21/18 I went to this dealership and test drove a truck, after doing an online request for a test drive. The sticker price was $15,988 on the truck. My bank approved me for $15,500, for this truck. Looking at similar trucks, this price was on the high end of reasonable. I spoke with the salesman and he just couldn’t come down enough, so I walked away. No harsh words, no hard feelings. This morning at 5:59 am, Chris Matlock from this dealership responded from the with the following statement; “No f**k you!!!” I’m an adult. I work in a prison. I’m not offended by this persons outburst. But I would hate to see the way this “man” acts when he has to deal with women. With young kids. With old men. Shame on Chris Matlock for this kind of behavior and shame on May Motor Company for employing him. More
