Service Center I made a reservation for service on the on-line calendar. Dropped off the the car and headed out of town as planned. I received a call about the appointment, one again at time of diagnosis, again at estimate of cost to repair and when the repair was complete. My total auto service allegiance is with this group. Very helpful salesman I had located the vehicle I was interested in online and was contacted by Mike Lanphier. He was very personable and helpful in discussing the vehicle. I feel that management undervalued my trade-in, but that's not Mike's fault. The purchase was completed in less than 3 hrs. Later My son discovered a defect in the windshield. Mayse immediately scheduled a replacement of the windshield and supplied me with a very nice courtesy car (2016 Buick Lacrosse) . Overall, I am very happy with the service. More
