After they finished with my car I had some questions about how to get the molding replaced on my car after it had fell off. Every step of the replacement they kept me informed on what was going to happen next, what replacing that piece meant they had to do to both the car and the new molding, called to check if I was going to be able to make it to the appointment which they had scheduled for me the week before, made sure they had a loaner to give to me so I wouldn't be stuck without a vehicle, even offered to reschedule if they didn't have a loaner, and let me keep the loaner overnight since it was to late for me to bring it back that night. Returning the loaner was simple and easy with a quick signature saying that I got my car back and returned the loaner keys to them. Overall it was a great experience working with the mayse team. I highly recommend them for service or sales. That is where we bought our car and we love it. More

Kelby Parks was the person who ended up doing my car "introduction" if you will once my car was officially mine.
