The selection was large enough that there were several cars within our range and with the options we wanted. Mayse had a great web-site with details and pictures of all their inventory which is very extensive and had a multitude of cars in each model we were able to view. I was able to shop on line to find several cars that fit my needs, and was able to discuss these with John prior to my visit. We came on a Friday evening and drove several cars. All cars were immaculently clean and well prepared. No pressure and questions were answered quickly and confidently. We made a decision on which car we wanted based on features and price. So far we are very satisfied. On the finance side, Jeff fwas very helpful. Jeff understood our needs and was very profesional in searching and finding a finance option that was reasonable and fit our needs. For his professional efforts we are grateful. After the purchase, I noticed a co-worker with a new car from Mayse the following day. She related that she had been shopping a 150 mile radius for a new car in this case a used Malibu. He was very attentive about speaking to the manager about our former car as a trade in and gave us a very fair price and for that we were most appreciative. He was very good about walking us through the whole process of buying and then showing us about the car and then setting up the free options we had with On Star and xm radio. Our son is looking for a new car and we immediately recommended Shane and hopefully they will be able to get out and see him soon. This was by far the best dealer I have ever worked with. I drove 10 hours to see this Yukon and had full trust in Jeff about the vehicle. When I arrived to the SUV it was perfect as Jeff explained. If I was going to buy another GM Product I would drive the 10 hours again to buy from Jeff. He deserves every cent for my sale. I was also very impressed to speak to the owners on Saturday. The owner talked with us on his expierence with his Hybrid Escallade. They were very friendly and open to chat about other things. I have never spoken to the owner of a dealer of this size so this was impressive. Everyone at the dealer was down to earth. They were more into verifying that I was overall very satisfied with how they were helping me out. The price of the Yukon was well worth the drive. My buying experience at Mayse was awesome. I originally sent out four bid request on the same truck to four different dealerships over the internet, during non-business hours. Christine Conley, the intern sent out four bid request on the same truck to four different dealerships over the internet, during non-business hours. Christine Conley, the internet manager, sent me an initial response within minutes. Christine then sent me the information I had requested and a price on the vehicle, first thing the next morning. Mike then followed up with me when he got to the office. Two of the other dealerships did not get back to me until late the next afternoon and one did not even respond to my bid request. Mike and Christine were both eager to help me. Mike and I agreed on a price and I picked up my new 2011 GMC Sierra a couple of days later.
