Cape Cod Mazda responded to a critical need for an 84 year old driver . The tire had a slow leak and I called CC Mazda for help . My wife and I drove to Hyannis , and were greeted by a wonderful ‘, friendly young woman who took the car in , after getting a description of the problem . We were escorted to a comfortable waiting area by her , and assured that they would let us know the status of the car tire soon ! In ten minutes I received a call on my iPhone with a video of all exploratory work completed . They showed a film of the tire damage , and gave a concise explanation of the problem . In 15 minutes we were called by the service manager and told the car was repaired , sound and ready to drive home . We have owned Mazdas for about 14 years , and in the 60 plus years of owning cars Mazda has stood alone as the best auto company I have had doing service to my cars . They are so concerned with doing the right thing for customers and create a secure feeling that when you leave the Service area , your vehicle is safe and a pleasure to drive !
