Dear cellomom18, We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the tire pressure monitoring system concern during your recent visit. We understand how frustrating any confusion surrounding vehicle recommendations can be and appreciate the opportunity to clarify things further. After reviewing your visit, we are a bit confused by the statement that brake recommendations were not discussed, as our records show that our team did in fact recommend brake service at the time of inspection. In addition to the brakes, tires and suspension components were also recommended, and those recommendations were ultimately declined during the visit. To help keep everything transparent and out in the open, we also provided a digital inspection video at the time of your visit for your review. The video includes easy-to-follow color coding and visual explanations of the vehicle’s condition and the recommendations made by our technician. Our intention is always to provide clear and honest information regarding the condition and safety of your vehicle so you can make the best decision moving forward.
