On the day that I decided to purchase a CX 5 from premier, I had spent time at another dealership in Hyannis. Good product but an awful experience with the sales staff. A stress free experience! I really had no intention of purchasing a new car. I was with my husband at Premier Volvo for a service on his Volvo. I wasn’t comfortable driving the Volvo and Harold suggested I test drive a new Mazda since I was driving one. I went to the Mazda dealer down the street and I was intending to schedule a service appt for my Mazda. Then I met Kevin in the showroom and saw the 2019 car I wanted. Well, in no time I was test driving and fell in love with it. Kevin and the manager made everything work. A week later, I am in my new car and I am living it.
