Mark, the manager Kevin was our salesperson and was excellent, in fact, he was the reason we kept coming back to this dealership for our purchase. It was insulting, ho Kevin was our salesperson and was excellent, in fact, he was the reason we kept coming back to this dealership for our purchase. It was insulting, however, that Mark, the manager never came over to shake our hands, introduce himself & thank us for our purchase. No ~ he had NOTHING else going on. What a poor example he sets for the rest of the employees. It truly was an insult that he never gave us the time of day. I would recommend this dealership only with the caveat that you deal with Kevin. More
