Super Experience in purchasing a CX-5 I have been purchasing cars over the last 48 years. That probably translates into about 12-15 cars. I know that I am in the minority when I say that I have been purchasing cars over the last 48 years. That probably translates into about 12-15 cars. I know that I am in the minority when I say that I find it a challenge to purchase a car and dealing with a dealership. For most people, visiting a car dealership and then discussing a purchase is as enjoyable as a root canal. I have had both unpleasant and rather challenging car purchases. But, I have to say in capital letters , that this most recent purchase of the Mazda CX-5 was without question the most pleasant, satisfying , and professional experience that I have ever had with all of the past purchases . Mark Correia was my first contact. Most car salesman attach themselves to a prospective customer from the moment the customer walks into the showroom. Mark, to his professional credit, came over and then just introduced himself and said that if I have any questions or if I wish to discuss a future purchase, he will be either at his desk should I need to talk to him. He did not lean over my shoulder. He did not give me unnecessary information. He listened to what I need and want and then directed me into that direction. Very few car salesman have the ability to first listen to the customer. All that is in their minds is the sale. Not Mark. He actually fits the car to the customer. Mark is a consummate professional. I had a career in sales for my entire life. I would have hired Mark in a nanosecond. Hailey Sears also is a dedicated professional in her position. I have also dealt with many of business managers after a purchase. Hailey explained all of the benefits of all of the added features very clearly and with enthusiasm. Kevin, the general manager, approached me with a pleasant professionalism and went out of his way the make the purchase happen without any acrimony whatsoever. Great value, Great staff. I was in the market for a new car. Premier Mazda was rated highly so I decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Tony. I told him I was looking f I was in the market for a new car. Premier Mazda was rated highly so I decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Tony. I told him I was looking for a CX-5. There were many to choose from, new and used. While looking he showed me a used CX-3 that had just come in. It was actually a better fit for what I wanted and a great deal. I took it for a test drive and loved it. Tony listened to not just what I wanted but also what I needed in a car. Thank you Tony! Also I will mention Haley,(she handles all the heavy lifting) .
