He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire experience, including demonstrating all of the special features the Mazda CX-5 Signature had. Kevin Sanders was able to expedite delivery of my new car, which was a model in short supply that had just gotten off the boat. Hailey Sears was very helpful in walking me through the financing and paperwork, including filling all the forms to save me time and smoothing a minor issue with a missing document. More

From start to finish, my vehicle-buying experience was ideal I had gone online to search Mazda inventory for my future SUV, and Premier had exactly what I was looking for! A bit skeptical after my previous expe I had gone online to search Mazda inventory for my future SUV, and Premier had exactly what I was looking for! A bit skeptical after my previous experience elsewhere, I phoned in and Mike was straightforward with me about all the details and reassured me that the discounted price on their website was as it would be. Due to a prior email response from Tony, I ended up working with him instead. These guys were super nice! They didn’t talk down to me (as a woman car-buyer)- I’ve experienced that before… Tony was great! Before we even left the lot for a test drive, he went over all the features that were new to me. After a nice test drive, I decided to make the purchase! We completed the paperwork and I met Kevin (Gen. Mgr.) who even offered to arrange for one of their drivers to drive the 86 miles to my home to get me, and drive me back down to pick up the SUV. (I was able to return my rental near them, but the offer was so nice!). When I arrived the following day for pick up, I met with someone to go over warranties/other options before completing the purchase. They were great here too- so many times when you don’t wish to purchase additional coverage, the finance person is quite pushy, but he respected my answer and we were done in no time. I had just enough time to enjoy a delicious hot chocolate while watching tv in the waiting room, while they did the registry run, and before long- I was on my way. I got a follow-up call from Tony the next day- just wanting to be sure that all was well. Best. Car-Buying. Experience. Ever. Thanks so, so much to everyone at Premier Mazda :) More
