I want to apologize for the lengthy review but please read to get the full grasp of what a great guy Joe is: When I first met Joe, I told him I was looking at a RAV4, Subaru Forester, and Mazda Cx-5. He showed me the CX-5 but also told me each choice was really good. He then had the manager quote me a price to take home to my wife to show her. I went home and showed her the price but since we had already seen the Rav4 and she liked it, we went to Coggin toyota to purchase. We already had a quote from toyota and we were about to seal the deal. I texted Joe, "sorry Joe but I think we have decided on another vehicle." Right after I sent that, Toyota financing showed up and told us we were going to have to pay interest and we had to pay it for at least 6 months or we would incur penalty fees and not get the $1500 financing discount. My wife and I were livid so I texted Joe I was about to walk out of toyota and take my wife to see the CX-5. Joe texted me, "Do you want me to just send you something so you can negotiate there numbers?" He wasn't trying to sell me on the CX-5 instead he was trying to help us get a better deal on the car my wife really wanted. He sent me a quote to show Toyota way below the Rav4 and told me he would honor it or I could use it to negotiate. I Can't say enough about Joe. He's an awesome salesperson and will have your back no matter what you decide. More

My dad was in the market for a new SUV and I tagged along because I knew I’d be in the market in the next year or two. Mazda City was the second and last dealership we visited that day and we both left with because I knew I’d be in the market in the next year or two. Mazda City was the second and last dealership we visited that day and we both left with new Mazda CX-5’s. Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. From the moment we walked in, Joe Jacobson genuinely treated us like family. He made us feel at ease and never pressured us into a decision. He gave us a lot of space and time alone to browse and contemplate but he was immediately available whenever we needed him. Joe was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Mazda models and trims (this dealership has an abundant stock) and other car makes. He was invested in helping my dad with his specific needs and preferences. At no point did I think I’d be leaving with a brand new car but Joe made the numbers work - he gave me a great deal for my trade-in and the price came in way under what I anticipated. When I made the last-minute decision to buy just as the dealership was about to close, Joe, Luis, Neil, Victor, and Aaron stayed behind to see that I got into my new car. Aaron, the financing manager, made that part of the process totally seamless for my dad and myself. I love my new car and I’m so thankful for my new Mazda family! More
