He took the time to explain the differences between our choices and asked us the right questions to help us narrow down the best car and trim options for us. This was not an easy task!! Our daughter was still considering a Honda Civic at the time and going back and forth between the two cars. In addition to all this, he worked out a GREAT deal for us and made it happen! It was obvious he cared about our family and getting us into the right car.......not just moving the merchandise.
