What a seamless experience! The ladies at the Service desk were sooo nice and welcoming! I waited in their lounge area and patio. They have wifi, free coffee and water. Then the The ladies at the Service desk were sooo nice and welcoming! I waited in their lounge area and patio. They have wifi, free coffee and water. Then they text you or come get you when the car is ready! All in a little over an hour. Loved it! Ran into my really nice salesman Mike who also had made it seamless to buy my CX-5. While he explained and wrote them down for me, it would have bébé nice to have a ready to present chart to easily compare the options between the different options level with price points. But overall, very happy with the car and the experience with this dealership so far! More
