Again not a good experience tonight at the dealership. Was notified that the registration and plates were in. Went to pick them up there was no title with the documentation. Whe I questioned the young lady said the Madzda Funchal holds the title. I told her we did not finance the we paid for it with a cashiers check. She asked who the salesman was and I informed her it was Diego. He brings me back to Fabian Skibniewski General Manager who asks my name and says that it goes directly to me but couldn’t say when. I kept asking him and it is the same answer. I am not happy. His last comment was great survey. My call tomorrow is going to be to Glen Ellis. If Glen Ellis wants to call me I will be happy to discuss the issues.
